Marketing & Sales Operations

The Company provides the largest stock of auto spare parts in the region, protected in its warehouse that serves both local and regional customers. Dubai warehouses 10,000 sqm .
Not only do they offer quantity, but the Group's high quality parts are imported   solely from the best companies worldwide.

To ensure that they regularly meet customers' requests, the Sales Department uses   promotional campaigning as their main marketing strategy. The department is   divided into two sections: one for domestic networks, which   consists of   wholesales, retail, fleet and government sectors; and the other, for export networks.

The success of the Company is based on coordination between workforces around the globe. We also rely on customer feedback   by regularly distributing questionnaires to get client's suggestions and impressions in order to improve the services and products which we offer.
